BIF’s activities are aimed at creating new mechanisms for financing innovative projects, as well as developing a comprehensive system of measures to stimulate and support domestic producers. Belarusian Innovative Foundation finances high-tech and science-intensive projects.
Over the years of its activity, with the support of BIF, dozens of the most important high-tech projects have been implemented in many areas of the country’s national economy.
In recent years, BIF has begun to actively develop international contacts and cooperation.
The main task of the activities of Belarusian Innovative Foundation is to ensure favorable conditions for the innovative development of the Republic of Belarus.
Directions of activity:
• Funding on a repayable basis
• Funding on a non-refundable basis (vouchers and grants)
BIF also provides organizational and technical support for the annual Republican competition of innovative projects.
In 2016, together with RVC Infrafund LLC and RVC JSC, BIF is the founder of the first classic venture fund in Belarus – RBF Ventures.
